Spiritual direction is the practice of being with people as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, or to learn and grow in their personal spirituality.
Together, we will turn towards the direction of Spirit.
I support individuals in their spiritual journey through the lens of social justice and liberation. If you are moving through life, transitions or feeling like you would like a spiritual companion, I would love to hold space for you. My practice of spiritual direction includes deep listening, creating rituals, creating a safe space for questioning and making sure the space feels collaboration, autonomy and individualized care.
