I’m Sabia - a spiritual director, human design reader, Certified Holistic Time Coach™, evidential medium, end of life doula, mentor, and reproductive justice activist ready to hold space for you to learn who you are beyond your conditioning, make mistakes, ask questions, move through big feelings, be present in life transitions and create your path to liberation by… moving at the pace of you.
We are whole beings being forced to operate in parts. We can live as whole beings in all aspects of ourselves by remembering who we are, creating systems of self-responsibility, and allowing ourselves to feel joy and hope while contributing to our communities in a meaningful way.

Spiritual direction is the practice of being with people as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, or to learn and grow in their personal spirituality. Together, we will turn towards the direction of Spirit.

Mediumship is the communication between Spirits of the deceased and those who are still living. As a Evidential Medium, I will bridge the gap between both worlds through my senses and connection to Spirit.

As a Certified Holistic Time Practitioner, I help others move at their own pace through time in a holistic way - makes space for being human, purpose, and rest!

I aim to be an example of “practice what you preach” by showing you where these values are showing in my life as a way of showing possibility.
